Terms of Service – Lexika.ai

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lexika.ai platform, website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Lexika.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Our Platform

Lexika.ai provides an integrated AI chatbot platform that enables users to access and interact with multiple artificial intelligence models through a single interface.

The Platform generates text, images, media, code, and other content (“Output”) based on:

  • Prompts, files, data, or other materials you submit (“User Input”); and
  • Licensed datasets, third-party integrations, or external AI model providers (“Third-Party Content”).

Lexika.ai may route your requests to different underlying AI models depending on availability, functionality, system optimization, or subscription level.

You acknowledge that:

  • Features may change over time;
  • AI models may be updated, replaced, or modified;
  • Output style, tone, reasoning, and quality may vary across models;
  • Certain features, tools, or integrations may be added, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using Lexika.ai, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require account creation.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Lexika.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Input and Content Rights

You retain ownership of your User Input.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lexika.ai assigns to you any rights it may have in the Output generated specifically from your User Input, excluding:

  • Third-Party Content;
  • Content generated for other users;
  • Platform intellectual property.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of your User Input;
  • Ensuring you have rights to upload submitted materials;
  • Reviewing and validating Output before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate underlying AI models;
  • Use Output to train or develop competing AI systems;
  • Circumvent security safeguards or access controls;
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as exclusively human-created without disclosure where required by law.

Lexika.ai may monitor usage to enforce these Terms.

6. Multi-Model Access Disclaimer

Lexika.ai provides access to multiple AI systems developed internally or by third-party providers.

You acknowledge that:

  • Different models may produce inconsistent or conflicting responses;
  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or incomplete reasoning;
  • Lexika.ai does not guarantee factual correctness or suitability for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying Outputs before relying on them.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are billed in advance;
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law;
  • You authorize recurring billing until cancellation;
  • Pricing may change with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, infrastructure, branding, and proprietary systems are owned by Lexika.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Platform itself.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services or AI providers.

Lexika.ai is not responsible for:

  • Third-party model behavior;
  • Third-party data practices;
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Your use of integrated third-party services may be subject to additional terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Lexika.ai may process User Input to:

  • Operate the Platform;
  • Improve performance;
  • Ensure safety and compliance.

11. Termination

Lexika.ai may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms;
  • For security or legal reasons;
  • For non-payment.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Lexika.ai DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF OUTPUT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Lexika.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:
    • The total amount you paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim; or
    • USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lexika.ai, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Lexika.ai may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
